I can't see the movies. What am I doing wrong?
- Before anything, make sure that you have the newest version Windows Movie Player or another player that is capable of playing MPEG and/or WMV type files.
- Also check to see if your Dial-up connection, DSL or cable broadband connection is behind a firewall that won't let you connect to secure web sites.
- Turn off all software firewall settings that disallow connections to secure web sites.

I can't get into the site and my password should work. What could be the problem?

The site is moving really slow. What's the problem?
- Many things can make a web site run slow but there are a few common reasons. The #1 is the webserver might have a problem with it's memory. They are desiged to fix themselves but it may take a few minutes. You might try the site again after waiting a little while; that usually does the trick.
- The #2 reason might lie on your end. Has your connection been acting weird or slow from time to time? If so, you might ask your ISP if they've been having any connectivity problems in your area.

Is this site for real? Do you guys really travel around the world shooting Asian models?
